A destination wedding has its uniqueness and charm to it and as long as your choices match your theme and the time of year, you’ll pick the right decorations to make your wedding beautiful. Such was the one between Hasa & Chaitanya, the couple who chose the Scotland of India (Coorg) to be their wedding destination since they wanted something very intimate and amidst nature. There is always an ad-on factor when it comes to a hill station wedding and that yes, is the perfect natural backdrop to all your photographs.
Hasa, the bride got in touch with us about two months before her wedding and we just kicked off from there. We put together an extremely detailed plan to finalize every aspect of the wedding since the couple had guests coming from all over the globe. Hasa always wanted her wedding to be unique and simple. It was a wedding that was planned around for three days.
To give the reader an insight into the three days of wedding fiesta, the first day was the poolside Mehendi event followed into the Sangeet evening which had a list of wonderful performances by the family.
The second day started with a Haldi event in which the backdrop of it naturally was a hill with a theme of the decor being yellow and whites amidst the lush greenery. The day ended with a reception dinner with a theme of pastels and warm yellow lights.
Finally, the D-day started early morning with an added ambience of the morning mist and dew, while Hasa walked through the aisle of decor which was predominantly red, orange and whites. The wedding was followed by the traditional plantain leaf meal and some wonderful family photographs in the end.
Our team together took care of the overall planning, decor & design, guest hospitality and logistics, conceptualisation, and all other aspects of the wedding to make it hassle-free and memorable for the lovely couple and for the entire team.
